I am a New Englander, born in Boston, Massachusetts and transported to Texas via 18 years abroad, Germany and France. I loved Europe. Living there changed who I was and who I became. There were moments when learning another language was no piece of cake; even British English had its challenges. I learned to listen to another's point of view of our culture, our literature, what I prefer to read and this eventually led to my writing.

I'll post my thoughts on what interests me, what becoming a writer means, and how the written word branched into other pursuits.
